*This rental provides access to The Skylight Room and The Courtyard for weekday business meetings, luncheons, or gatherings.

Standard rental time: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM (2 hrs.)

Monday - Thursday: $500 (not available on weekends)

Inclusions:

  • Tables, chairs, and linens

  • TVs / Audio Visual equipment

Additional Add-0ns:

  • Jimmy John’s Gourmet Boxed Lunches:

    • “Originals” Box: $12/person

    • “Favorites” Box: $14/person

  • Golf Lounge: $200

  • Venue Coordinator: $50

  • Additional Hour: $250/ea. (subject to availability)

Seating / Occupancy:

  • Use of The Skylight Room and The Courtyard

  • Formal luncheon capacity up to 75 seated guests

  • The Skylight Room: 1,185 square feet

  • The Courtyard: 1,300 square feet

  • Use of the larger room (Overlook) is subject to regular corporate pricing
